With the journal wards acting up, Kingsley thought it was best to call for an Order meeting. So, late at night, he sends his lynx patronus to each of them, inviting them to his safehouse. Topics for discussion tonight are: how to communicate in the meantime, how to use the malfunctioning wards to their advantage (planting bugs on them!), and what their next move is in general.

Last night, Kingsley called for a meeting to discuss the initiative today and to vote on the new group of recruitees. After that, he opened the floor up to other topics of discussion. Feel free to make a new header if you like!
With the holidays over and the new year beginning, Kingsley has called this meeting so the Order can regroup and set its focus for the upcoming month. All Order members are asked to leave their IDs at home (better to be safe than Umbridgebait)! After the first few minutes of the meeting, the floor is opened for discussion. Please introduce any topics you'd like to discuss, from group actions to recruitment and everything in between!
OOC NOTE: Of the responses to our game survey so far, the request for more proactive Order plot has been almost universal. We encourage the Order leaders and older members to lead the charge on projects. Please keep in mind that we'd like to shift the Order's role into a more offensive one, especially as this month will feature more active and aggressive DE plots. As mods, we are always happy to help and please don't hesitate to email us with any questions, requests or need for help carrying something out. Thank you, everyone! <3
Due to Remus' absence, Kingsley called this meeting last minute. He promised refreshments and supplied everyone with tea. The house, in which Kingsley has been staying, features several mounted heads of magical creatures. The manticore's eyes seem to follow everyone in the room. And once a family's eccentric novelty, a strange clock on the wall emits a chorus laughter on the hour. Kingsley delayed the start of the meeting by three minutes so they wouldn't be interrupted. Once the laughter subsided, he cleared his throat and began.
Hey, fam. Everyone having a cheery day?
We should convene as soon as humanly possible to discuss how we're going to respond to all this, since we've only got eleven days to get some kind of clue. Thoughts on time and place?
In the mean-time, some things that have been swirling around in my head that we could perhaps all think about to come prepared:
1. I know devising a plan to help Muggle-borns seems a bit out of most of our skill-sets: I definitely felt daunted. But times like these are not without precedent in either the magical or muggle world. We can hit the books to turn to successful historical models of how groups have undermined mass persecution. No need to reinvent the wheel.
2. We have more than enough smart people on board to rip this pseudo-science apart to try and dissuade at least some of the populace. This entry could be an interesting one to keep a pulse on what people are making of it all.
3. The wisdom of striking this commission: we may not have many people left on the inside, but of course we have many people who know the Ministry inside and out, including myself. This may not be the best course of action, but something certainly to think about.
UPDATE: We'll meet at Fleur and Bill's at 18:00. Bring snacks.
