What: Visiting!
Where: The beach house~
When: Sometime on beach trip
Why: To see all of her son's friends.

Elizabeth hummed to herself as she got out of the car she had rented, looking around as servants came up to her and picked up her bags for her. She had decided to spend an entire week of her time to go visit her son and all of his friends that came to her beach house. She smiled slightly at the thought of Kanaye having friends. He never inviited friends to his house, before, and now he had invited...what, how many? 17, 18? To his beach house for summer fun. Elizabeth thought this was excellent for Kanaye. He felt comfortable enough around them to bring them somewhere personal. Well, it wasn't his house, and he had never been here, but it was still an improvement!

She started walking around, trying to see if any of her son's friends were around. She dearly wanted to meet them. She also wanted to meet his girlfriend; Given how much he talked about her, he must have loved her very much, and she wanted to see the lucky girl who got all his attention.

Toru had elected to make his way to the kitchen to fetch a snack at that point in time. This was hardly unusual. It wasn't as if he'd bothered to bring snacks for himself, and the decidedly palatial estate was more than well-stocked.

So he wasn't looking where he was going. Down the stairs, through the foyer, turn left... the door may have creaked as it opened, but Toru didn't hear it clearly. It was a complete shock to him when he walked straight into a blonde American woman with a figure hardly seen out of his preferred sorts of computer games.

"Aah! S-sorry!"

	Elizabeth turned and looked at Toru, smiling. "Ah, no worries. I'm Elizabeth Satou, Kanaye's mother. Who might you be?" She asked as she moved to the side, waiting for Toru to pass. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything. I just wanted to drop in to see some of my son's friends. It's so nice to see them all!" Elizabeth giggled and clapped her hands. His first and foremost reaction was to take two steps back, out of Elizabeth's personal space. Only once Toru was out of range of potential accidental groping and the inevitable legal action that would be taken against a filthy otaku for such a thing, he responded.

"H-hello, Satou-san! I-I'm Ishi- Toru Ishinomori," he stuttered, awkwardly making himself follow her pattern of Western name-order. "Kanaye-kun... I-I mean, your son... he's my roommate. A-at Nanakamado. Pl-pleased to meet you!"

This awkward introduction was followed up with a rushed and frantic bow. "Y-you're not interrupting anything! I was just, er... going to the kitchen. T-to get something to eat. The food here is very nice, by the way!"

Elizabeth just smiled at Toru as he tried to introduce himself. She bowed in return when he was done and smiled. "It's alright, Ishinimori-san, you don't need to be so nervous. I speak Japanese just fine, and I'm not gonna hurt you or anything. Just relax." She cocked her head to the side and giggled. "I know. He told me that when he wanted to move out. He said you were pretty cool, so I'm sure you're pretty cool."

"Oh?" Elizabeth clapped her hands. "I was pretty hungry, too! I'll make something for you!" she said happily as she walked towards the kitchen, bouncing on her heels.

	Maeko...Maeko...where did Elizabeth heard that name before? She put a finger on her chin and went deep into thought to figure it out. After a while, she did. She grinned excitedly and rushed at Maeko, hugging her closely and jumping up and down. "Oh, you're Kanaye's girlfriend, aren't you? Oh, that's amazing~" She said the last word in English.
