Why: To see all of her son's friends.

Elizabeth hummed to herself as she got out of the car she had rented, looking around as servants came up to her and picked up her bags for her. She had decided to spend an entire week of her time to go visit her son and all of his friends that came to her beach house. She smiled slightly at the thought of Kanaye having friends. He never inviited friends to his house, before, and now he had invited...what, how many? 17, 18? To his beach house for summer fun. Elizabeth thought this was excellent for Kanaye. He felt comfortable enough around them to bring them somewhere personal. Well, it wasn't his house, and he had never been here, but it was still an improvement!

She started walking around, trying to see if any of her son's friends were around. She dearly wanted to meet them. She also wanted to meet his girlfriend; Given how much he talked about her, he must have loved her very much, and she wanted to see the lucky girl who got all his attention.

Masami had fallen asleep on a sofa. Originally she had been reading), but found she was exhausted from all the beachgoing, and even her current favorite shoujo manga(Honey Wine, volume 3 of which was now lying on the floor by the sofa) had not been able to keep her awake.

At some point, Masami was awakened by the sound of a door opening and a woman humming some tune she didn't know, and with a start she sat up as an unfamiliar blonde woman stepped into the room.

"Hello," Masami greeted with a bow of her head.

	Elizabeth bowed towards Masami and nodded, smiling. "Hello. I am Satou Elizabeth, Kanaye's mother. And who might you be...?" she asked as she walked over. Then she spotted the manga and squealed. "Honey Wine!" she grabbed it and hugged it. "Oh, you're a fan! I love it! I love to read it when I'm out of the country. It's so awesome!" (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	"My name is Sakuraba Masami. I'm a second year at Nanakamado, and I'm on the Kendo team. It's a pleasure to meet you," Masami said with another bow. Masami was quite surprised by Elizabeth's reaction to the Honey Wine manga. "Oh, umm... yeah, I started reading it not too long ago so I'm a couple volumes behind, but I really like it so far." Elizabeth bowed back, somewhat confused but willing to run with it. "Hello then, Sakuraba-san. How has your time here been so far?" She asked with a smile.

"Oh, you're going to love the next volume! It's my favorite! I could lend it to you, if you like! It's not here, but I could have Kanaye give it to you. I don't see why he wouldn't want to, given you're friends and all."
