Who: Maeko, Gendou. Kanaye may be hanging around somewhere?

Maeko wanted Gendou to be responsible for this. Because if he was it meant she hadn't beem quite as gulliable in trusting Misaki ever. It still seemed unlikely, Misaki's blaming him seemed like a stunt to avoid the blame herself, but right now he was the only person who was blameable.

So, dammit, he was being blamed.

She'd told him she needed to talk to him about council business and waited at the skypark. The fact that she could see her appartment block from here was why she'd chosen this meeting place and it was a sign of agression, though not one that was likely to be read. This was her territory. Not the school, where Gendou was boss. She could see her house from here and in Maeko's mind that meant she was in charge.

She sat quietly on a bench, checking through her messages, and waited for Gendou to show up.

...Asab? Kanaye is going to ask Maeko about this "Asab" later. But now, there are more annoying things to fry. Kanaye laughed. "You kidding? I followed her to make sure you didn't try anything. Knowing how you spread that rumor, I wouldn't be surprised if you tried to make that a reality."

Kanaye scoffed. "What, drinking with friends is a bad thing? She's taken, anyway."

"...Why would I make myself more sympathetic, Gendou-san? I'll freely admit I messed the relationship myself. Maeko-chan had nothing to do with it."

"Sorry, Maeko-chan, but I wanted to make sure this creep wouldn't try anything."

	Slightly more flustered still (would he not just shut up about Kozue?), Maeko shook her head. "Set you up? What do you mean? I just want to know if you were the one to tell people that or not." Her voice was quickly becoming more of a growl. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"Yes, set me up. You were planning on having him here, taping something, and then going to doctor it to use against me. Cleaver little one aren't you Maeko-hime." Gendou said and sighed.

"As I said before the bull in the china shop here appeared," He thumbed at Kanaye, "I have nothing more to tell you. Apparently being around him has left your intellegence quiet low. You have a mind. You figure it out."

	Kanaye laughed. "You kidding? You can search me. I've got nothing to tape anything with. And if I was taping something, would I really interrupt? I'm stupid but I can listen to orders." He laughed. "Okay fine. I figured it out." Maeko said, frowning.

With very little warning she reached up, having been glaring ar Gendou from below, and grabbed his hair. It being tied back only made it a little more difficult than it would have otherwise been.

Then she pulled down sharply, slamming her forehead into his nose.

"Stupid!" She snapped, starting to storm off. There went her record for not being violent toward Gendou (two and a half years).

Gendou, for a split second had thought she was going to hit him with her fist, this was far worse...far far worse. Blood slipped out of his nose, he felt dizzy and fell on his ass on the path.

"Ow! Son of a...You little bitch! Shit...you...My nose better not be broken Maeko Akuba," He shouted and let out more curse words in english at her as she stormed off.

Oh she was going to pay for this. Big time. This was War.

	Asking him about Kozue would be stupid and none of her business anyway. It wasn't like it should matter to her any more. So, apparently a lot calmer now she's hity someone, she asked the other logical question in the situation. "I don't have blood on my head, do I? Or snot, that'd be worse." 	Maeko was, naturally, not convinced. But she was also trying to pretend to be and just-under-half-succeeding. She still took another step back and looked elsewhere and kept a hand against her mouth. "It might. He'll retaliate and then I'll retailiate again and so on." She sighed.

"I'm- I'm fine. I just promised myself that I wouldn't do stuff like that anymore. And I just did. And then I'm yelling again. Ito was right, I really am a psychopath." The slow, choked sound that was slowly seeping into her voice and the slowly increasing speed of her speech was somewhat at odds with the 'fine' claim.

Kanaye sighed. "Well, just don't retaliate! Be the better person! That usually works! It'll just leave him to simmer."

...Oh dear. Kanaye really had no idea what to do, so he leaned down and hugged Maeko. It'd make him feel better, at least. "It's alright, Maeko-chan. You're not a psychopath. You're just headstrong, that's all. Psychopath is way too strong. Don't think you're a psychopath, Maeko-chan!"

...and hug. And temporary complete inability to think.

"...Headstrong's still bad. Girls shouldn't be stubborn. It's against some kind of rule or something." She managed weakly. And then, as if trying to be contrary and send horribly mixed messages...

"...don't touch me." She mumbled, returning the hug in a way that was more clutching and possessive than affectionate. As if that would make everything that had been said about Kozue go away or at least make it so she had any right at all to care.
