as if it wasn't obvious by now...
Who: (Shadow, probably) Kozue, Seiko, Misaki, Toru, OPEN~.
What: Run-ins, adventures, misadventures, etc.
Where: School Corridors.
When: Lunchtime. Just after the KouMail.
Why: Disastrous results.

There was a crash, and a clatter, from inside the School Counselor's office.

Someone yelped.

And then Kozue, still dressed in a pretty black dress you could wear to a funeral and heels that clacked on the floor with stacatto precision, stepped out, shaking her head. "Seriously." She turned back, addressing someone inside. "Career counselor? Are you kidding? If I wanted touchy-feely advice I'd call Madam Patra."

She shrugged, as if to say, well, you get what you pay for or perhaps, who should have expected better, and then walked off. Maybe there were a few not-useless people loitering around during lunch that she could prevail upon to help her out.

If not, well, the rest of Iburi was her oyster and she had only to smash it open.

	Kozue stopped when she was hailed, and turned to look at Misaki; she paused, and it was not entirely difficult to see that wheels were turning in her head. She took a few steps over, clasping her hands in front of her. "Thanks, Misaki-chan. It's... been rough." Her eyes were downcast. It made it easier to see if Misaki had anything in her hands. Misaki in this case was just carrying a note book to note the names of interest on the list and nodded, "I'm really sorry this happened. I mean with everything at the beach and all. You know, maybe you and I can go shopping some time? Get your mind off things, and check out some of those movies that you told me about?"

Misaki fidged some and asked quickly, "Did..did you get a pass or something to not wear the uniform?"

"Oh, no, I'm not in class today." And she had very succintly told a teacher that, when they had inquired; followed by some misting up about how her beloved grandmother had died, so unexpectedly, and she was heartbroken and bereaved and how could the heartbroken and bereaved be expected to show up in uniform or go to class?

Never mind that the heartbroken and bereaved was wearing lipstick and heavy mascara.

"I just came to deal with a few things... I'm not sure when I'm actually returning."

"Oh I see, wait, you're not sure when you're ruturning? But Kozue-chan, we need you. I mean, what with Renju losing her persona, don't you think that it would be a good idea to stick with the group?" Misaki inquired in a worried and low voice. She pushed her hair back behind her ear and gazed at the young girl.

Blinking some she inquired thoughtfully, "Why are you wearing such heavy make-up Kozue chan?"

	Kozue tipped her head; the act slipped slightly. "Renju... lost her Persona?" She had not known. That it was possible, that it had happened, that it had happened to Renju of all people... "Yes, it was taken by Seiji-kun," she lowered her voice more. "Apparently he's one of the Angels that came after you guys in Maeko-chan's world." Raising it some she added, "He wanted it for some reason, but apparently the others were doing bad things to him. He seems to want to help us though and that's good right."

She looked at Kozue curiously, "Didn't Kiriko-chan tell you this?"

"Oh well you do it's just..." she thought of how to put it, "I really like you better when you don't wear heavy make-up, it suits you."

She shook her head after a moment; "We haven't had a chance to talk, I just got back from home. But I've got things to do. You guys don't really need me. See, without me, you found out something vital. Or something."

And then she ran a hand through her hair: "Do you think? ... what should I wear, then, Misaki-chan?" And it was quite the sincere question. Or, at least, a very good charade of sincerity.

"No, not really. It would have been nice to have had you there, I bet you could have helped in talking to Seiji. He got scared of Kiriko-chan a bit, I think." Misaki said and narrowed her brow some. "Don't say such things Kozue-chan. You're vital to the team you know."

"Ah, well," Misaki thought a moment. "I always thought light colors looked really nice on you. They bring out your smile and really make you look pretty. And lighter make up on you brings focus to your face, especially when your cheeks glow."

	She looked down at her arm, clad in dark, dark black: "I could change, I guess. But that'd be a hassle. More effort than it's worth, I think, don't you?" She shrugged. "Well you could wrap a bright colored scarf or like put a bright colored belt or accessories to it." Misaki suggested then snapped her fingers. "I got it, we can run over to the dorm and I can see if I have something that could work if you want."

"Of course I do Kozue-chan," Misaki smiled cheerfuly at her. "You're a really good friend to me, and you're a better healer then I am. You're really important to the team. I worry sometimes when you're not there, you and Seiko-chan make things brighter."

She beamed.

It was a very performative beam.

"Thank you, Misaki-chan. You're wonderful. Say. I have to run one more errand and drop off some notes with the financial office, but would you meet me at the dorm and we can look at something to make my outfit cheerier? I'm supposed to wear black for the next six days but I bet we could get... like, a scarf, like you said. And you can give me makeup tips. Would that be okay?"

"Well yes, I mean," Misaki looked down, "I'm sorry that was rude of me. I just ment that, sometimes to help people feel better, color is a good thing. That's why they have flowers at a funeral, at least that's what my niisan has told me."

She nodded but looked suprised, "Ah, sure, no problem I'll meet you there."

Misaki waved at Kozue as she trotted off and wondered if Kozue remembered what room she was staying in.
