Action Scene: Snape has dreams for the future? Really?

Harry stood on Snape's front step nervously. It had been over a week since he'd last been told to go buy something nice for himself, and here he was standing in front of Snape's home wearing it. He knew he didn't have to knock, but something kept him firmly in place and wasn't allowing him to move forward. What if Snape didn't like it? Why did that even matter?

He shook his head and gripped the doorknob, jumping back in surprise when it turned without him moving it.

"How long were you planning on standing on the porch?" Snape asked as he opened the door.

When he caught sight of Harry's clothes, he did a bit of a double take.

He'd mostly been teasing when he'd told Harry to wear something more than ratty jeans and over-sized t-shirts. Apparently, he'd taken it to heart.

Unfortunately, it had left him a little too stunned to speak, so he merely stared.

	Harry hummed and scooted over on the sofa, demanding silently that Snape sit next to him. His lessons could wait for the moment. Snape had peaked his curiosity.
