This year's anthology contains 79 stories about female characters written by 70 authors and performed by 30 podficcers, representing 56 fandoms. The optional theme this year was: awakening. The anthology includes two Harry Potter podfics (featuring Luna Lovegood, Ginny Weasley and an original female character). It comes as a podbook, a zip file with all podfics for downloading, and a great spreadsheet with links to all the individual podfics.

When considering what constitutes 'horror’, feel free to think broadly – psychological thrillers, dark and twisty angst and chilling tales, mindfuckery and so on, as well as the classic tropes of the genre. Creations focused around creatures such as werewolves, vampires, zombies, inferi, acromantulas, dementors and the like are very welcome, also elements of the Potterverse itself that are 'horrific’ – the Horcruxes, splitting of souls, Imperius and so on. Claiming is open for this year's HP Horror Fest.
