I'd like to make an announcement. I'll be a bit frank, since there's a whole bus load of people who like to take a big wee on things other people find their tiny bit of happiness in, if you can't say anything nice, please don't say anything at all. If I wanted snark and sarcasm I've got a beautiful fiancee that will give it to me. Thanks.

Right, on with the announcement:

It's hard to believe, but my beautiful little girl is going to turn a year old tomorrow, the 13th in case someone reads this Sunday and are like... er, yeah. On ward. Eve will be a year old. We're going to have a little party for her in the park. There will be cake, and other party like things. You know stuff for a toddler. Anyone that wants to come is invited. Feel free to come even if you're attached at the ankle to someone.

	Yes. A little awkward, but fortunately there is some give, allowing for a little personal space. That would be lovely, sure. Oh, God! No, his name is Jack. 	Aw, I see...! Well, I dunno that he really will resent the pet name, after all; I mean, my brother never resented being called "Mathsy" (his real name was Matthias, of course, but... well, seeing as since he was so into maths, it became Mathsy in -- well, first my mouth, then my parents'!)
