Auction setup!
Alright gals, I gave y'all more than enough time to protest. And there were two whole pages of men and women that weren't! So, here is how we're going to do this, fill out the following information:

Name:
Age:
Do you prefer the bids of men, women, or both:
Something interesting about yourself:

This should make the process a little easier:

I know there's a question that's a little odd, and it's a touch selfish, because I saw a few girls willing to participate that I'd like to bid time for. Not for anything perverse, get your heads out of the gutters, fellas. I just thought it would make the bidding a touch more interesting.

This is what we'll be using to bid:

$1,000~ 1 hr in the pub doing grunt work. (Whatever Mitchell, Merry, or I say is grunt work)
$2,000~ 2 hr in the pub doing grunt work.
$3,000~ 3 hr in the pub doing grunt work.
$4,000~ 4 hr in the pub doing grunt work.

For each thousand you add one hour! When you get up to the 15k mark we move on to something a little more difficult.

$15,000~ 1 hr at the hospital, getting bossed around by the staff. (aka grunt work)
$16,000~ 2 hr at the hospital, getting bossed around by the staff.

For each thousand you add one hour! When you get up to 30K We move on to something a touch more difficult.

$30,000~ 1hr at the farm, doing what AJ or Mac tell you to do.
$31,000~ 2hr at the farm.

Each thousand you add one more hour. When you get up to 45k we move on up to something just a little more difficult.

$45,000~ 1 hr following Turgon around, helping however he sees fit.
$46,000~ 2 hr following Turgon around, helping.

Each thousand you add one more hour. Up to 60k if you exceed 60k we'll find stuff for you to do! The higher you go the harder the work will be, the longer you have to do it. If you have work that you need done and want to mention it, go right ahead, I'll fit it in somewhere.

You can offer services unique to your talents and we will decide how much extra that would be worth based on what you offer.

Added: Things to be done over 60K:
60k-75K Wash Dragons!
75K-90K Be Bruce's and Tony's science Monkey.

Added:
90k-105K Bakery/Diner duty! YES BOTH! That means Isabell, Briseis and Maehdros can tell you what to do.
105k-120k The pools/Spa Clean up! It's pretty manky in there.
120k-135K Because you have to give a Marine uber respect, Jake gets to boss you around.
Added:
135-150k You bow to the King of Rohan, and do as he (And the ladies) pleases around Meduseld.
150k-165k The Queen is your boss. And the King too if it pleases her.
Added:
165K-180 Build a fence for herdbeasts. All of them.

I'll let you fellas know when it's time to start bidding. Don't start getting all excited just yet. It is ladies first after all.

Added:
Don't forget to check page two too!

Bidding is now closed! The winners will be announced shortly.

On Pandora, where I was before here, I had just bonded with my ikran. They're like little dragons, they can take one rider, two if they really have to. But they don't breathe fire, as far as I know.

You Impress with little dragons! That's remarkable. We have seen fire-lizards, after which dragons are bred.

Ikrans are brilliant. I wish mine had shown up here, but I don't know if he'd be able to breathe this air, so it's probably for the best that he didn't.

What are fire-lizards like?

Yes, we've run the same trouble when we went between planets. Though Canth and F'nor are recovering.

And fire-lizards are miniature dragons in shape, mind and ability. Though less intelligent, more flighty and tiny.

Is that what they did? Shit.

Maybe some of your fire-lizards will show up too!

I was quite surprised myself. It happens in my future, but F'nor's present and F'lessan's past. Which isn't as unusual as it sounds.

In which system is Pandora located?

No, I know. I've come back about 140 years or so.

Pandora's a moon of Polyphemus, which is in the Alpha Centauri system. Which is about all I know about the space stuff.

Pern is in Rukbat...

Much of the information is lost, but there are other planets out there. We're orbited by Red Star.

7750! Gotta keep your mind on the game!

I dunno where that is, man, sorry. But F'nor told me about the Red Star. That's where the Thread spore things are from, yeah?

Yes, we're in the Ninth Pass but came off a Long Interval [...] which is a period without Threadfall.

No, of course. We would exhaust our resources. Though some men and dragons have spent their lives fighting threadfall.

Well, yeah, that's understandable. If I got to spend all my time with my ikran, you better believe I'd go for that option. We don't have anything like threads, though. The ikran help us with hunting and travelling, or you can just go flying on them for the sheer hell of it.

How good are they at hunting? Our Masterherdsmen tend to herdbeasts that the dragons consume, but we don't ... necessarily hunt with them. How do you travel with an ikran? Do you go between?

Wanna meet up and discuss this in person? It'd be easier than trying to explain things on the network, I reckon.

And I dunno what "between" is, sorry. So I guess we don't?
