So. I talked to a ghost earlier today, and she kind of freaked out. I didn't mean for anyone to freak out, but she did.

So I guess I should just come out and say it to everyone. My dad's Hades. The God of the Dead. And yeah, I'm called the Ghost King in the Underworld, 'cause I'm in charge of controlling the spirits of the Underworld and stuff like that. I have all sorts of powers over creatures of the Underworld. Ghosts. Furies. Hellhounds. You know. That sort of thing.

But I'm not a bad person. And I'm not going to do bad things to you as long as you don't do bad things to me. I can't help it that I can do these things, it's how I was born and it's how I am.

It's just so weird 'cause ghosts back home respect me more.

I'm sorry I misunderstood that then. I think a lot of us are still getting used to things here and talking through these electronic things is one of the things I'm getting used to, still not real good at understanding what everyone means through text yet.

Maybe it was just nerves, or fear. It can be pretty intimidating to know someone could hold control over you, especially if you don't know if you can trust them or not. Not saying she was completely right, but I think it's a little understandable.
