Hello,

Sorry to bother you all. I'm not sure if all of you are aware- I know there are some new recruits and so on- but my husband is due to have a baby in July August. In my world at least, this really isn't meant to be possible. I've obviously been following his pregnancy closely, and everything is going exactly as you would expect it to in a woman's body.

Of course, there is a problem. Although the island has apparently rendered him capable of carrying a child to full term, I have no idea what is going to happen when he reaches his due date.

I am no surgeon. I know that the logical solution is going to be a Caesarean, but- do any of you have any experience in this area? I've read what I can, but without any practical experience I'm- terrified, frankly. I could lose them both I need your help, whatever you feel able to offer.

Thank you,
JW

That may be so, and I'm not saying that you're not- but you should let me take a look. A tad unethical to self-medicate, yes?

I'm not saying they're not, but you can understand that the way you brought it up was bound to ring alarm bells.

Now that I've explained that I'm a poor man in pain, will you show me the stash?

Pretty please.

Has anyone ever told you that you're quite hard work? Yes, but we should still talk about it.

Al right, son, listen up, 'cause I'm only gonna say this ONCE...

YOU are NOT funny, or even a GOOD DOCTOR...! Hell, if you don't remind me a little of that QUACK Meraktis... Bet he was poppin' lots of pills, too...! I mean, HONESTLY, son, your bedside manner is SHIT, and your manners towards your COLLEAGUES are even WORSE, from what I seen up in this email thread...!

But anyhow, back to you, Dr Watson - son, don't you worry about a thing about your - er - husband! I mean, I done LOTS of c-sections in MY clinic, back home...! I didn't ever take a labouring woman into my care, 'less it was dire enough for SURGERY... so yeah, I'd say it's safe to say that I've got a TOUCH more experience than this fucker who's apparently TRIPPING BALLS, and who ALSO hasn't done anything like a caesarian since his med school ROTATION in maternity...!

Tripping balls and I'd be diagnosing faster than you.

Look, I can spell full words.
