	There are a lot of mermaids in Neverland. Saltwater is best but not absolutely required. I think the pond would be okay, but the salt also helps with buoyancy. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	There is a real place called Neverland, yes. The mermaids there are nice enough, unless they want something from you. They're sirens as well. Over all I try to avoid them. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Sirens are creatures that can use song to lure men to their deaths. They sing and men are automatically attracted to them, drawn to them uncontrollably. They bring the men in close enough to the shore that the ship crashes. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
