It is long since I have heard tell of such fell creatures in any land, and yet I fear they are like the wolves of legend that attacked Lord Finrod and Beren, son of Barahir. Evil beasts with dark purposes, perhaps twisted out of shape behind the iron walls of Angband.

So many have died, and such grief pierces my heart.

	We're werewolves. We turn on the full moon but the rest of the time we're just regular people. It was supposed to be a new moon last night but this island is fucked up. We were caught out.
