Internal security on this network is nonexistent and the devices seem dated for a space station. How boring.

I wouldn't recommend poking around too much. I can understand being curious however. Not many truly wish to come here. We arrive here regardless.

I'd be an idiot to walk around without knowledge of my environment. I also want to know why I was brought here.

Like I said, I can understand being curious. Trying to learn more about your new surroundings is a clever thing to do. And in some cases, a stupid thing to do. Especially when you don't know what you're poking.

As to why you were brought here? We're all brought here for some reason. Not many or any of us really know but something needs us here. People disappear back to their own universes eventually. Not everyone but a lot do. They return back to their own timeline, back to before they vanished.

My name is Quinlan Vos.

I've never hesitated to poke things. The worst that can happen is that I die.

Ah. I think there is a fundamental misunderstanding of me involved in that choice. I guess I can only cooperate for now. But what do we get out of this?

I'm Noiz.

There are worse things that can happen, I suppose.

I suppose that depends on each person. If you are willing to adapt to life here. If you wish to make friends here. Some create new lives here, form close bonds. If you resist it though, if you choose to not adapt, you might find yourself on your own. While that might seem fine at first, it won't last. You are far from home, and there are plenty of people here you can learn to trust in time.

If you find yourself lost and in search of answers, we Jedi have a temple you can visit. [Co-ordinates here that can be uploaded to an on screen map].

I've been on my own for my entire life. Trust allows others to take advantage once you stop being useful so I know better than to rely on friends. But I do recognize that it is smart to have connections.

Is this a religious temple?

There's a difference between relying on friends and allowing them into your life. However, I do understand. Trust is something that should not be given to simply anyone. That is wise. Perhaps in time you may grow to trust some of us here.

No. There are no Gods to follow, but there are lessons that can be learned if you are open. However, I merely offered it as a peaceful place you can visit if you wished.

I don't understand this place or its people. That is becoming a little frustrating.

I have always been a troublesome student so I don't think that anyone would enjoy that. But. As foreign to me as 'peaceful' is I might look into it when I explore.

You just got here. It will take time. I had the fortune of finding other Jedi here. Perhaps you will find a familiar face too.

I was a troublesome student too. My old friend Ben might argue that I never changed. I still found a comfort in those temples. Perhaps you might too.

I guess that is true: time changes us. There is really only one familiar face I would want to see. It will be very ironic if he's here too.

Surprising since you don't seem that type now. These Jedi temples don't require being shut inside rooms for a long time, do they?

You said it yourself. Time changes us. No, Jedi temples have no such requirements.

It sounds okay in that case. I don't know if I will see you there but I will come.
