Good news, mes amis. The door does indeed open into mine and Belle's château. You are all very welcome to come through, be our guests and stay for as long as you like. There are plenty of rooms, and our staff will make you feel extremely welcome.

The village is a very safe, quiet, little place. There are small shops and a market area. In general, men will get better deals than women when it comes to trade. It would be good to let me provide clothes for anyone wanting to visit the village, modern clothes would stick out too much.

I can introduce you to my father, Maurice. He travelled more than I did and could suggest other towns to visit that would have more to offer.

I suggest only travelling during the day for safety. As Adam mentioned, there are wolves and they tend to come out at night. Plus, it is easy to get lost in the dark.

Thank you kindly, this information is invaluable to me. I am from 1784 myself, so I think my wardrobe will suit perfectly well, but if you don't mind would you be able to help my partner secretary Liberty Becket? I don't know enough about ladies fashion, and she is also pregnant and would prefer to disguise the fact through the door.
