I've stopped affecting the weather, I'm happy to say. I think I come away with a better understanding for the pressure my sister must have felt. It is not an easy gift to control, you must first be in control of your own emotions.

My own gift has not returned. I don't know what that means. I never thought that I'd miss

Or you have no gift at the moment. The island used to take my connection from the force from me at times. It was difficult, but I always had a new appreciation for the force afterwards.

It is funny you should say that. I was just thinking that I missed it, which is strange to me as I had (before I came here) been thinking of it as a curse and not a gift. I think if it does come back again, I might appreciate it more.
