I'm just going to come out and ask this. How is everyone else not awed by the fact that there are gods - literal gods - on the station with us?

I have worshipped at many altars, and the way I came to understand it was that the gods were beyond us and that when I prayed on the eve of battle, the Lady of War did not mind if I called to her as Inanna or as Venus or Freyja or Saint Joan. The same with all the other gods and goddesses in their own domains.

Now I hear that Thor and Loki are here. Does that mean that countless other peoples were wrong, and the Norsemen right?

A very dear friend of mine worked day and night to create a spell, then risked his life to make the spell work. When I had interest to be rid of my 'immortality'.

I know this is personal, so feel free to tell me to go hang if you don't want to talk about it, but was it the immortality itself that bothered you, or what you had to do to maintain it?

It was the immortality itself, watching people I loved die is not fun. Because after I was older than a century, I didn't kill to feed. Before, the ones that died deserved the death I gave them.
