As you must know, once Brenna (and any other prisoners) are released from custody, Bryn is rounding up a group to take the police by force. I believe there is also a man to be held accountable for his actions.

I know the authorities of this time, and they will not take this lightly. Although they will clearly know their assailants are not Parisians, they will want to make a show of force, and from past experience I believe this will be military action against the abaisse.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their help so far, and also to say that anyone who wishes to avoid conflict may leave this place safely now. What you have done for my people will not be forgotten.

I told Bryn that I did not wish for the people here to suffer. I have since remembered that they are already suffering. I have been so insistent that the people rise on their own, that I failed to see the wonderful opportunity presented by the door. They can rise for themselves, but it need not be alone.

Whoever of you will stay and fight back with me, it would be my absolute honour to stand with you.

Very reassuring, thank you. It prevents me from shooting the wrong people by mistake. Do you have radio communications established with your people? Or is there anything else I could bring that will help? I was second-in-command of a village group at home. I'm not going to pretend it wasn't because things were going badly and everyone else was dead, fled, or moved out to somewhere with more strategic importance, but even so, I'll help if I can.

	Unfortunately, radio communication has not yet been invented. But perhaps it is something we can set up before the battle, if anyone is skilled enough. I appreciate that. That is good to know. Although I think that even if someone did have the skill, it might not be the best use of time and resources at this point. It might be a distraction to your people, having to concentrate on learning something new just before a battle. Arranging support from the other side of the door, from people who are willing to help but not able to fight, might be more useful.
