This can't be real.

I'd have guessed that I was in the Fade and had fallen prey to a demon trying to tempt me, but I suspect a demon would be offering something more appealing than being trapped in the sky among the stars.

This place seems vast. I was told there were others. Is anyone reading this?

I serve the family of Asgard as their loyal knight. I have company in the form of Ciaran and my wolf companion, Sif, and there are always new things that I can learn here. Things which confuse but offer new experiences and challenges.

I understand that accepting this place and finding a home here can be difficult but you will no doubt find your footing soon enough.

	I hope that you're right. There are certainly no shortage of friendly people in these parts, and I am already seeing that there is much to learn. They'll have to manage without me, in my homeland. 	That too concerned me. What became of my homeland when I came here. I had a duty to uphold, one which I cannot continue here. I have been told that should any of us be able to return home, we will return when we left but in truth I do not know if that is so. If you are in need of a guide, I would be happy to assist. Perhaps I am wrong, but I do not see how anyone could know that for certain - unless there are people who have returned to their own worlds and then been brought back here a second time to tell the tale? You are not neglectful of your duty, though, only prevented from seeing to it. It isn't your fault.

Would you? I am going to have a good hot meal with a new friend, but later on it would be very useful to have someone show me around. This place seems vast!

	There are people who have vanished and returned again. It is their tales I speak of, although I have had no such personal experiences. Of course. I would be most glad to assist you. That does change things, unless you think they would have a reason to lie about it. If I will someday return to the very day I left, then I should probably spend my time here preparing for that, so that I am ready for the trying time ahead.

Thank you. I haven't any aversion to wolves beyond what is prudent, so I'll trust you if you say that Sif isn't likely to turn on either of us.

	It is wise to prepare but perhaps unwise to dedicate all of that time towards such a thing. Sif has been my loyal companion for a long time now. She has been at my side since she was a pup. (Reply to this) (Parent)
