I guess the second? Scales all over but mostly human-shaped, about the same size. I still have legs, but a tail too. I don't have hair but there are scales that kind of look like it? Hand and feet are webbed.

Alright. Just keep yourself hydrated. I'll have to do a bit of research. But, as far as I can tell, you're more of a crytid than a Merman, kinda like Abe Sapien.

God, this whole situation has been very annoying. Sorry, not you or anything. It's just that so much is going on with so many people in such a short amount of time.
