I guess you do make a good point, so here is my next one, you haven't left. We've got quite a few spaceships that are in working order, and fairly easy to drive, yet you, and your people are still here.

There's plenty of it, it can be more than about filling your belly. When you talk about it like that you might as well eat cornpone. Are you sure you don't want to indulge? I even have some ice cream to go with it.

	why would somewhere else be any different? we wanted to live in a place where we weren't dying. where there was food and clean water and good air. that stuff is here. why bother going somewhere else? 	To get away from the people. There's probably more than one planet with food, and clean water, and air. It's like a tasteless corn patty, it fills the belly and gives nutrients, but most people don't look forward to eating it, even if they're starving.
