I haven't been this bored since I went to uni. So what do you lot do around here? I mean, there can't be much use here for a journalist.

	There was a printing press on the island, and Maryanne wanted the whole island cleared out when we had a door to it, so it's probably around here somewhere? You could do the journalist thing? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	The Island was a lot like this place, but not a space station, and more like earth. A lot of people here were there first, before we got brought here. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it without sounding crazy. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Okay, I guess you could call us the starters, we got here after the bad stuff cleared the station out, and made it liveable. We came from an island that had a rather large city on it, then outside the city to the north was a forest and mountains, to the south was jungle and beach. In the center was a tall tower made of stone, not one big piece but a bunch. It was the center of power on the island.

There was a guy, every one just called him The Man, he took up residence in the tower. He wasn't there the first few months that I was, but I'm not exactly sure when he showed up, but after he did things started happening. At first they were harmless, like pranks almost. But then it got to the point that he would do one really big mean thing a year, on top of the pranks. People were never really sure if he was the cause of people vanishing, but the last year we were there, there was a big group that just disappeared. I mean they vanished right in front of people that loved them. And a large group of starters were angry enough to do something about him. It was a huge battle, there were a lot of people lost, but we won. During the battle, there was explosion, it did damage to the tower, and eventually the tower came down. When the tower came down it broke something in the island. The sun stopped raising, and without the sun... Well things got bad. It was almost two months later that all the starters that survived the battle found themselves here.

	Yep, but that's how it's always been. We were taken from our worlds just like you were taken from yours. Like, I wasn't born on the island. I'm from Macon Georgia, I was kidnapped by a train when I was twelve, that's like this place, then taken from the train by the island. Like they were both sentient. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
