I've been here for over a year now. Huh.

Oh, also. Spaceships. What should I look for in a good one? I mean, I know there's hundreds of the things just lying around the station, but I can't exactly go round and check their mileage, kick all their tires and ask the sales guy how many miles they'll get per gallon. I know zilch about spaceships.

[Kat]
Help! Specifically with the spaceships thing and the flying of said spaceship. Brenna wants to go on road trips.

I have a decent amount of experience with a variety of spacecraft. There are ships here? Where?

Oh yeah, there are docking bays all over the place full of all sorts of ships. Some are damaged, some are okay.

And the people here are simply allowed access to them? Do you need any assistance?

Seems that way. There hasn't been anyone showing up here to tell us to stop, at least.

You know, I probably do need assistance. Sookie's been really helpful, and Kat as well, but I'll take any help I can get.

I would like to take a look at these ships. And I would be happy to aid you.

Do you know how to fly a space ship? Were you secretly an astronaut?

Want to try the Normandy? It's in english, and you don't have to worry about kicking the tires.

Are we going on a trip?

Eventually, sure! But I'd need to pick a ship and learn how to fly it first. I think it'll be harder than learning to drive.

Yeah and it'd be worth it. Is there a spaceship driving age?

The first thing you want to check is the condition of the spaceship, make sure it's space worthy. You want a good navigation system and sensors to be aware of any dangers. It also depends on what you're looking for speed, distance, comfortable for group traveling or will you be solo, etc.

Yeah, a little bit. You should study up on maintenance and repair too.

Once you're out there, it's amazing.

As long as I stay inside the ship, then yes, it's amazing.

Does she realise that there is a little less road involved than the trip in Norway?

Of course, I can help you. I'm afraid to say that Dad and Uncle are way better at this though. If you are interested, there are some ships I practised with. They definitely run smoothly.

The best harbour to scout are the ships in the two main docking bays in the wheel you live. You can find the status of the ships docked their in the main console. Ships docked in these two bays are provided with diagnostic checks upon arrival and once a week. You can find the results of those checks in the logbooks. Additionally, you can find the origin of the spacecrafts. I suggest you pick one from either Sagranda or Atrabo. These are the two nations with the most humanlike inhabitants. If you pick the wrong craft, you might find yourself in need of tentacles or the ability to turn into slime.

[Some alien hyroglyphs] is a reliable manufacturer of civilian crafts. It is fitted with controls that are known for its ease. For the mere use of space travel, their ships are the best you can get unless you decide to get a custom build model.
