I'm going to make maple taffy tomorrow afternoon.  It is fun to make and eat.  Anyone can join me, including children.  I do ask that very young children have an adult or older child to supervise them.  I'll also have beavertails and hot chocolate.   For those who weren't here the last time I made them - beavertails aren't actual tails from beavers.  It's a fried dough pastry, traditionally topped with cinnamon and sugar.  I'm going to have other toppings too, both sweet and savory options. Everyone's welcome.
