With the help of Mr Hemingway the younger, I was able to catch enough sand bass and crappie (pronounced cropy) to have a good old fashioned Southern fish fry. There will be home fries and collard greens and biscuits and sweet tea and lemonade to go along with it.

Starting Friday around noon.

So can I, my father dumped one of those big pots of oil on my backside when I was ten. Because it was funny.

And you are a man Mr. Rochester you know what would impress at least one.

Deep Frying anything under the wrong conditions can be dangerous, not only to the person doing the frying, but for a few people around them.

Strange sense of humour. Did he hate you?

Well, you've got me there. But I must admit, frying fish wouldn't do it for me. Otherwise I should have fallen for every common pub landlady from Leeds to London.

Then I shall stay as far away from this 'food court' as possible.

Yes he did. It was my fault we were poor, apparently. You see I am a twin, and I hid behind my brother on the ultrasound on purpose. An ultrasound is a picture made by sound or vibrations, generally used on a pregnant woman to allow her to see the baby inside. But, it wasn't because he was poor before, or the fact that he was an abusive drunk, it was entirely my fault. Or that was his excuse for beating the shit out of me from the age of four.

And I imagine more little Rochesters would be running around. But keep it a secret because it would be wasted on me, I'm a married woman and my eyes don't wander beyond my husband's or wife's tush.

If she's doing it indoors all you risk is smelling like fish. But that smell will also cling to the indoors for weeks.

[OOC: I was sure I replied to this, but it disappeared?]

Ah, of course. That makes perfect sense. Unborn children always have an agenda. What has become of your father now? He is not here, I hope?

Yes indeed, many little darlings to empty my pockets. I shall keep it secret, then - what is a man without a few secrets, anyway.

Thank you for the clarification. Is not everywhere indoors here? Anyway, no matter, I shall sleep easier knowing we are not about to burn.

[OoC:Weird! I got the first notif for it, though it was spamed.]

In my world, in my time, he's dead. My brother had to kill him, when he came after me with a shotgun. But if he ever shows up, he'll get to see what his abuse and neglect brought up. For five seconds.

Yeah but you'd have happy empty pockets I think. At least save them for someone who's head you can turn.

The powers that be have marked what they think is outside with snow. But it's cold now, which you might have been unlucky enough to find out with a miss step.
