I've forgotten everyone's menus, I'm sorry. But I really want pancakes. Am I allowed pancakes? Who has pancakes?

We have pancakes at the Ruby too. What kind of pancakes do you like? I try to make different specials each day, depending on what supplies we have. I have some berries from Amy's greenhouse. How about lemon and ricotta with blueberry compote? Or huckleberries and maple syrup? It doesn't have to be berries. Pears and crème fraiche? Banana and walnut? Or would you prefer savoury pancakes?

I can do waffles too Or crêpes.
