A few iron fire pokers and shelf-bracers. Salt guns don't do fuck, unless you can make iron buckshot- which would be really helpful.

Same way fires were contained when the aliens dropped, except a lot easier considering we're burning a building in the middle of a lot of nothing.

Well they're not all angry yet, best not rush it.

Maybe figure out if someone other than ghosts came with the house? Usually when big stuff like that shows up it's because it's owner is here.
