All right folks, so in an unsurprising turn of events, I turned into mush over the last month. (This happens occasionally and it makes me a failboat of a human being when it happens but OH WELL.) Also, I'm Chelsea (maltaromeniel), for anyone who doesn't know me or has utterly forgotten me, which is not an unlikely scenario.

Anyhow. Could I bother people for help nudging Loren back into the game?

born to an incredibly impoverished family, begged and stole and generally raised hell as a child

still retains a kind of wariness about the upper class

carted off to the Circle after he froze his sister's arm

very magically gifted and quite intelligent

buuuut not politically savvy and has mountains and mountains of trust issues

friendly, willing to joke around, but not good at making actual friends

supporting his family now that he has some wealth and privilege and he views them as his primary obligation

raised an actual zombie once with Cas shhh no one knows that piece of info

tl;dr - that boy was a problem but now he's just a boring mage who pretends to be respectable

okay okay so, i have bastien, idril and rosalind still buuut i think ros remains the one with the most connection since circle mage. >> bastien is technically upper class (dat noble life), but idk if that would amount to anything???? IDRIL WILL TROLL HIM. SWEET CHILD.

i then brought in godric, except he is incredibly wary about/distrustful of mages, so clashing potential???? which someday will turn into "okay being born a mage is as much your fault as it was mine being born not a mage", but-- you know, life sucked for the first 15/16 years of his life. :|

i love ros; she is so darling. lor honestly likes her??? because she actually seems real and genuine, which he expects of no one tbh. aaaand bastien, u filthy noble. i mean, really loren probably will just give him epic side-eye when they meet because don't trust the rich and/or fancy people. OMG PLS TROLL HIM, IDRIL.

yesssss, good. and loren probably couldn't really blame godric for feeling that way, considering the very well-concealed but massive chip on his own shoulder. >_>
