Someones getting Antsy - Jaina Solo - OTA

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Jaina had explored a lot of this place and discovered three very important facts. One, yes they had bars, she'd grown very very well acquainted with these since she'd gotten here, and thanked the Force for them practically every day, two, she hadn't found anyone from her world and three, being grounded with no way to get back flying was driving her slowly mad.

Actually no she'd rephrase that, Very very quickly mad.

So for the fourth day running, she sat in what looked like a Rec Room a steaming cup of Caf in front of her and tried once again to get her bearings in this strange world she'd been pulled to. She'd been trying to figure out a way to contact her parents without relying on asking for help but it was proving tricky to say the least.

"Stang" she muttered to herself, stirring her Caf

Who: Buffy and OTA

Where: the Ballroom

When: Saturday night

Buffy had decided to let her hair down and just kick back. She put on some music and just started to dance. She missed the Bronze and just hanging out with her friends there. She was wearing her leather pants and jacket and a white string top. Her hair was curled.

Remy was bored. Really this was nothing new, and it should have been a surprise that he hadn't gotten more bored before now.

Just at the moment he was perched at the bar in one of the restaurants, rolling a coin back and forth across his knuckles and making a mental checklist of things that he could do.

The only problem with most of them was that he wasn't that bored yet, and was just this side of too edgy, he'd been in one place for too long and he was getting that 'have to move on' feeling.

In any case, thief innabar, not specifically looking for trouble, but he certainly wouldn't turn it away if it wanted to talk.

If anyone happened to be downstairs today, at one of the smaller, child-sized playgrounds, shorter slides and the like, they would more than likely find a bird-kid and a fox kit, the former had -thanks to lack of negative reaction so far- decided to stop hiding his wings, and the latter had a splinted leg that didn't seem to be slowing him down any, tumbling down the slide with a happy chuffing bark only to roll around when he hit bottom, scrambling to his feet and running back, if a bit wobblingly, to his companion so he could do it again.

In other words, Iggy and Ignus (also known as 'little Iggy') having a blast, feel free to stop by and say hello.

Entrance Post: Spike.

The nurse kept looking at him. Spike had been aware of this ten minutes ago the first time she took a glance over her desk in his direction. He couldn't blame her, though. He'd raced in her with a man that had a nice hole in his side, had no insurance for this man he'd desperately wanted saved, and his face was a bleeding mess.

She'd tried to get him looked at, but he'd utterly refused, telling her that it would be a waste of time and to do something slightly more useful. He'd then sat in a chair, wanting to at least wait until he knew if Gunn was going to live or die before he left. Where he'd go when he left, he had no idea, but it wouldn't be back to that alley. He could not go back to that alley.

Within those ten minutes that he'd been sitting down, he find a wooden cube with pieces underneath his chair. Considering the choice between that or the health and beauty magazines littering the table in front of him, it was no wonder he chose the cube.

It took him less time than he would have thought, just five minutes after he recognized that the nurse was still watching him, before a smug smile crossed his lips as he slid the last piece in - and landed right in the middle of a very sunlit place, ignoring the waiting room chair still underneath him.

For a moment, he panicked, before he realized that, once again, he was not on fire. Right. Must be that alternate dimension thing. No burning to a crisp for me, then. He thought, standing and squinting as he took a look around him.

Who: Dawn, OTA
Where: The archery range
What: Passing time.

For some reason, even the thought that it as a supremely bad idea wasn't enough to keep Dawn from visiting the archery range. Of course, that probably had something to do with the idea that she didn't really give a damn. When it got cold, she'd do the smart thing and go back to her room, most likely making a pit stop somewhere that involved having a drink.

As it was now, she was content to work a bit on her aim, lifting the bow to the target and shooting. She was off by an inch or two and frowned. That hadn't happened since she was eighteen. It was probably because she wasn't completely one hundred percent. But she'd be damned if she let a bump on the head keep her in her room.

She took another arrow, placed it correctly and aimed, grinning when her second try hit dead center.

(Timed after conversation with Tim but before conversation with Peter)

Alucard needs blood and he is out of his personal supply of medical blood, he only had one packet. Tim had mentioned to see Buffy or Faith, so Alucard is walking around the Residence and out back looking for either of these women. Which isn't to say he wont speak to someone that is curious about him, though he also might not. Unlike other vampires, while he wont kill humans, he isn't a nice guy and being huungry means his mood is even less friendly.

Buffy sat in the bar thinking of all the people she hadn't been able to save. She took a sip of the drink in front of her and looked aimlessly around the bar.

Who: Faith and her rescuers (Buffy and Peter most likely)
When: Explosion of course.
(NB- Spin off from Layla's thread Here: another copy of Faith's last comment there, moved to here to keep things nicely separate!)

Faith breathed a sigh of relief as Lucas got out of the room ok, rushing off to find Plant Girl and Ghosty Chick.

She began to move herself when there was a groan, the tree (however it had got there) clearly dying. The strain of trying to hold things up was obviously taking it's toll and the entire structure groaned.

"Oh this is not good," she muttered to herself, gingerly stepping towards the door. Suddenly it all collapsed, the tree, the ceiling and the floor. Faith went crashing through, down to the next level, barely having time to think a pained 'oh shit' before hitting her head hard and blacking out.

Who: Dawn (hopefully Buffy and/or Faith, maybe Murphy later?)
What: Explosion aftermath - Dawn gets hurt.

Maybe Dawn was just trying to be incredibly forward, but she'd decided that once, this once, she'd be the one that went to visit Murphy for a change, instead of waiting for him to show up with a gown and plans for dinner again.

She grinned as she reached the second floor and made her way down the hall, only having the barest second for the tell-tale BOOM sound to reach her ears and she looked up as rubble fell, hitting her on the head before she could stop it magically or otherwise.

Everything went dark.
