For a really long time I didn't even want to make friends here anymore. Every person I got close to was sent home, including a guy I'd really started to fall for. It was frustrating and painful. And it took a super long time to convince me I wasn't just cursed. But I don't think the the thing that does this is sentient enough to pick us all out and decide it doesn't like a couple of us enough to keep us here alone.

Absolutely! I’m free most evenings and weekends. We’ll hang out, shoot hoops or throw the football around or take a walk, or whatever you want to do. When do your shifts usually finish?
