Maybe it comes as no surprise to anyone, but all this weird weather stuff stops the instant you cross the city line.

The ball lightning this morning was kinda cool, though.

	It can be, just like any other lightning, but it was mostly just floating around in the sky. Weird is just the gift that keeps on giving. 	Huh. It did make a cool light display I guess. See, you'd think the smart thing to do would be to evacuate the city. It's obvious we're a target. But these people don't think like that.
