So... I just got out of the hospital and my adult is uhm gone? Mrs. Smith said that I've been like reassigned to someone named Allison Hargreeves?

So if you wanted a disabled nerd kid, have I got news for you!

I also have a school question see, I already finished my junior year and was supposed to start my senior year in August... But you know, I came here. And it's not July anymore and there are like... Two more months of school? Do I have to redo part of my junior year or am I just skipping to the end of my senior year? Cause I have no idea.

Also I sort of talk a lot... too much probably.

Oh, and I'm Dylan.

It was about middle of my senior year, and I’ve been finishing things up via online at home. That’s possibly an option for you as well, if you’re looking to expedite senior year. Might have to do some placement tests. There’s also GED potential if you’d prefer that route.

They had me take a bunch of tests to figure out what classes to put me in for the rest of the year.

Oh all kinds of stuff, San Francisco is a decent sized city. There's lots of places to shop and eat and loads of museums and things. And there's some kind of festival or street market basically every weekend. Plus we keep getting cool new things with wishes (idk I just live here) so we open businesses or start groups and it's really cool.

Oh hey, that's me.

So you're about my brother's age - the one who's really a teenager, not the one who just looks like a teenager - but he's like, a super genius and I have no idea how much show you around the school help he'll be. But his girlfriend and their other friends are all normal school types instead so they can give you a hand. But unless Angie makes you sit through those bonus two months, I'm sure not going to.

Now, what all do you need? I've got a daughter at home, but she's way younger and I haven't seen her in and my teen years weren't exactly normal so point me in the right direction.

Oh, I'm "intelligent, but lazy" according to every teacher I've ever met, so I have that going for me. I'm good at math, so that's something. Physics. And the claw game. And radios, but that's sort of a hobby thing.

I can do other stuff, like chores or something? I don't know. I only have one hand so like... It might take me a while to get them done, but I will.

Um... Doritos and Dr. Pepper, mostly. And clothing.

So be prepared for guardian teacher talks where I get to be sassy at them? Sold. Physics is absolutely Ben's thing, you guys should definitely talk once Ben calms down a bit.

How about we worry about chores a bit later once you get used to your new situation? Have they scheduled you any physical or occupational therapy? That would probably help.

Doritos flavor? Because I'll literally just get every one if it comes to it.
