Is anyone else feeling glad the holidays are over, but also missing it already? Or maybe it's just me. It's the second year I've been away from my family on Christmas, but I can't say it hasn't been interesting here at the station.

Anyway, just a shout-out to everyone for making this place feel like a home. Even on the weird days.

I did. Went back to New York and then took a little solo vacation to the Bahamas for a day. It was nice.

That's fair. Tapas in Barcelona was pretty nice. But let's be real, that was one nice thing in an ocean of law suits waiting to happen if we could just figure out who was culpable.

It kind of always feels like a magical time and it's a bit of a letdown when it's over. But it's also tough if we're on our own here without anyone from home.
