I definitely agree. And that way if he comes back someday, it'll still be here and running. Do you know if he owned the building flat out? Then we don't have to worry about the rent on it and you and maybe one or two of the other martial arts people around here could just hold classes when you're able.

I doubt he owned it, Johnny didn't exactly have a lot of money. I didn't even think about rent.
