I definitely agree. And that way if he comes back someday, it'll still be here and running. Do you know if he owned the building flat out? Then we don't have to worry about the rent on it and you and maybe one or two of the other martial arts people around here could just hold classes when you're able.

What is "karate?" And I understand your predicament all too well. My advice is to do what you know and when you reach a point that you don't know, decide if you know enough to forge your way into the next level of your making or read books, lots of books and learn the proper way the best you can.

It's a form of martial arts.

It's a bit more complicated than that because I'm still considered a kid and generally we're not allowed to just run a business.
