Where: The ambulance car, which is sitting amongst the other trailers.

What: Juliet attempts to organise the medical supplies they have on hand, she's looking through the truck.

( The slightly rusty but stocked up 'ambulance' car was the location in which she'd already spent an hour, putting together an inventory. )
