Hellllloooo my beautiful people. Just letting you know I finished updating my spreadsheet and the exciting part is that I added all of my done caps WITH links to the icon sets made from them. I thought this would be an extra step easier for people who want to see what I've done and also what icon sets have been made with them. If you want to go and peek and make sure I know you made icons, if you don't see it on there, please do. This also makes it easy for you iconners who may be like 'ehhhh I have no one on the list who should I do' to look at my 'no icons' section and see if there's anyone who strikes your fancy.

As usual I do keep my visual database up to date so you can search by gender, eye color, hair color, age, whatever else you want to look for. An extra announcement is that due to some of my friends on DW I will be starting to do cap sets of animated and video game characters as well. For example I'm doing Into the Spiderverse right now. Also a head's up that when Game of Thrones is finished this season I will be doing them; it's been awhile since we saw their faces out there!

I know this is a lot of stuff and you're like Dee this is insane and you are right it is but I am excited to get all this to y'all and I promise I'm on top of it and dedicated to every single thing on that list. Thanks for being awesome.

Because capping is brilliant and posted an update including things that she currently has and working on, she inspired me to do the same! I am right now sorting through five different sets that should be posted soon, and I am trying to bang through my requested list. I separated it into Requested only ones, and then ones I wanted to do for my own happiness. I haven't added completed on there yet because it's like 300+ sets and what is my life. If you don't see a name on here you want and see that I have listed the movie/cast on it somewhere, feel free to comment and I'll add them!

ANNOUNCEMENT TO ANON COMMENTERS

Hello, I hate to do this because I love helping all of you out, and I assume you're either Tumblr users or DW. The problem is that I can't communicate directly with you when you make requests, so I can't inform you when caps have already been done about someone, or asking specifically which seasons you want. I also opened myself up to anon comments from spammers by allowing it, and it's become a little difficult.

So unfortunately I will be shutting down my requests to anons. If you would like to make an Insanejournal account, I can give you a code and you can use it specifically to request, and not have to do anything else. it'll just make it easier for you to get my replies asking for specifics. Know that all the ones I've already agreed to do, don't worry, I will be doing them!

I am sorry about this! I really want to keep providing you with caps but if it's hard to communicate I can't really help as well as I'd like. You can still anon comment on here if you want to request an IJ code to make a brief journal, or if you have questions/comments.

Quick update! As you can see I just posted my new fancy Directory! I've been working on a more visual representation for awhile. I'm going to keep updating my more low key directory I've been using all this time, but what can I say, I love organizing. This seemed like a quick way for people to look for ages/faces/whatever and also see who has been iconned or not.

With that being said, if iconners have a few minutes, take a look through the no section and make sure that if you've done a set for me that's listed as a 'no,' I can change it to a yes. There are some posts that I tagged both no and yes, and that's when one set of mine has been used but I have a second or third for the character that has not been. If you spot any errors let me know, otherwise, I hope it's worth having!

I missed the official anniversary of my one year capping! It was December 1st, but it's been an amazing time. As of this moment I have done 329 cap sets (technically more faces, as I did posts with several faces in it, but still). Wow. Wtf lol. I'm about to finish my 330th so. Yeah. I want to thank all the support and all the requests! Speaking of requests, from this moment on I will not be doing ANY sets that haven't been requested so I can wipe out that list and all the deserving people on it. I have gotten a little off task at times because of shiny, but not any more, I AM FOCUSED. After that I have things I am definitely doing. You can see all of the ones I have in mind for down the road on my request page.

Please feel free to comment to this or that post if you see a name on this that you want me to bump up in the list in importance. If you see a TV show/movie on this list and want a specific face that is not listed, let me know. Since this is a RP server, I am more than willing to prioritize faces that people are currently using in RP. You just have to note it's of time importance.

I'm hoping at some point to make all of this prettier some day. Anyway thanks all of you for giving me an awesome hobby. Here's to 2018!

Hello you glorious people you.

I am excited to say that my directory is back and image corrected! Images on all posts should be working again. I'd like to thank bajah for being absolutely marvelous and going out of his way today to help me make sense of domains and get things set up for iconners. What a prince! Also a thank you to doingthemost for helping me learn in the first place how to use correct urls for images. /facepalm I'm a work in progress. I still have space if any other iconners need to host their stuff.

So I'm back on the capping train! I know some of you iconners are busy backing up your old files right now and might not have time for new ones. I'll keep working on requests, but let me know if you'd like me to pause on yours until you're ready!

Yikes! Like everyone else ever, my images have messed up, so I'll be fixing those for my caps and directory. I went ahead and bought myself my own domain because I've wanted to launch my own website for awhile. Plus SOME DAY I plan on learning how to icon so I'll have that. PS iconners who are struggling, let me know, I would be happy to help host you for free. charlottebronte also mentioned being willing to do the same.

Unrelated but I added two new tags *requested and ! no icons (at least that I'm aware of) so if people are looking for not iconned sets I have as inspiration, it'll show up. ...which was more helpful when icon sets weren't wrecked thanks to photobucket. Jerrrrks.

I am working on some sets right now, including some popular movies that I've wanted to do for the shiny faces in them. If people have movie requests those are ALWAYS easier than TV shows, although obviously I am happy to do TV as long as I can find it. :)

Quick Update!

Hello you wonderful followers. You might have seen that I finally put up some official directories in case people missed my caps the first time around. These are the ladies and here are the gents. Many thanks to hollywoo for giving me the html to make it look nice. If the icons don't look fabulous it's because I quickly put them together myself, and I'm no expert. I do apologize if I post too often, I promise I try to space it out so I don't clog your f-list.

I've appreciated everyone who tagged capseroo when they put up their icons! Thank you, and I hope people will continue from here! :) My requests are still open so feel free to drop me a line, as I'm continuing to get the current ones done for people. You can also see there the movies/shows that I am doing on my own that you might be interested in coming up. There are shows on there I don't plan on doing, but I'll occasionally do a single face or two faces if someone requests it.

You should check out capping (the original who started it all) and epochcaps too because they are doing a ton of great things that I don't plan on doing so you might find what you're looking for there! Thank you all so much, I'm having a ton of fun and I'm glad to be getting these to iconers. :)
