I really do think he was an excellent addition to the cast and it's nice to see him as someone other than Draco. Although he is not coming back in season 4. But damn you and your lighting, CW. Once upon a time The Flash was bright colors like Supergirl. Alas.

She is unbelievably adorable. I really want her to be a regular on the show, or at least a regular guest star. She's one of my favorite DC characters too, my favorite speedster by far, so thumbs up. I think she'd be a great pb for older teens, considering she was that when she started on the show.
