There wasn't much to the meeting: just an empty classroom and a couple of boys (Florean and Phineas, specifically) who felt like they were supposed to be in charge but didn't really know what to say. Once at least a few of his fellow nancies had wandered in, Florean would have tried to lead a discussion with questions like, what should they call themselves? Did this meeting time work for everyone regularly? Should they meet regularly? Should they ask a professor to supervise so they could get more input/duel one another properly? Please have your character chime in with any thoughts on those subjects (or anything at all) in the comments below and they will ~determine the future of the club~
At the beginning of the meeting, Florean would have also suggested that they plan to save some time to do some spellwork at the end of class, but no actual duelling one another, as he was pretty sure that wasn't allowed. He would have also welcomed discussion of what they should work on in the second half of the meeting, and then they maybe did some of that as well. Again, please comment with any spellwork shenanigans you character got up to.
Florean also apologized for having no snacks, and in general was fretting the whole time that he wasn't throwing a very good meeting.
