Tom will be waiting for everyone to arrive, since he left early to help Slughorn with some potions beforehand. If anyone was late, he'd give them a disapproving look before continuing. And before they get down to business, he'll make a point to ask how everyone's holidays were. After some small talk, he will ask Antonin to share his spell first, since it is the one that he's heard the most about. While they're practicing all of the spells, he'll make a point to tell everyone to mind their aim -- potions supplies exploding would probably not make Professor Slughorn very happy.
