Start of What Feels Like a Long Night
The tourists were getting a bit on Eric's nerves tonight, so he had decided to instead hide in the back. There were plenty of vampires out to make sure that they paying customers had fangs to gawk at, so it wasn't imperative for him to be out there. He couldn't help it. He wasn't always in the mood to be looked at by others like he was an animal in a zoo. Usually he was able to put up with it, but some nights he just wasn't in the damn mood.
Instead, he was hiding out in his office, doing some of the more mundane aspects that were involved with, paperwork. Certainly not one of the more glorious parts of owning a vampire nightclub. He had told Pam to let him know if anyone in particular was asking for him, and to tell him who, but he wasn't too interested in seeing anyone tonight.
