Hey everyone! It’s GAMEWIDE PLOT O’CLOCK!

We’re going with a trope for this one called Tethering. This means that your character will be randomly assigned with another character, and they won’t be able to be anything more than 6 feet apart from each other the entire week. Anything further and they’re pulled back with a feeling of ouchie. It’s up to your you/ your characters to figure out how to navigate this sticky and awkward situation without murdering anyone or being murdered. They're gonna magically wake up next to each other, and then the fun will begin!

This plot will start on the 20th and last until the 27th.

Please sign up below with your name and which of your characters will be participating! You've got three days to sign up -- random assignments will be handed out on the 19th, so you have a little time to plot beforehand!

As a note, activity checks will be lax this month, because I know it’s been rough on everyone - but there will be one and each character will need to have one instance of activity for the month — be it nets or threads. Any character who doesn’t meet that requirement will be dropped! Joining in with this plot is a good way to get in that needed activity!

Few things!

1) Activity checks are coming up -- ten more days of the month! Everything's due on the 30th, so get those in when you can! (I didn't do partner thread assignments this month! sorry guys!)

2) Don't forget, if you participated in the Halloween horror plot, your character gets a gift! What'd they get? Lemme know in this post!

3) I'm going to do some advertisement posting today. If there's a character or a fandom you really wanna see characters for, let me know and I'll include it in the blurb!

4) It's SNOWING in Starklandia. :o It's gonna be going all week, starting out light and fluffy and working its way up to Way Too Much Snow. Have some fun with that!

It's been a heckin' sort of month, hasn't it?
It has.

So let's even out the weird with some good! Activity checks this month require only a check in to say you're still here and ready for All The Threads! Just post your name and your characters and you passss! If you somehow fail to do that by the end of the month, I will have to drop you and I will be sad about it.

Well, Halloween is coming. So look forward to some spooky spooky plots! But in the mean time, how about something a little more fun AND hectic? What are we feeling guys? Age plot? Body swap? Let's get the good tropes rollin'! Lemme know what you think or else I'll be forced to flip a coin. Ugh.

Yo everyone! The gifting plot has started and runs until the end of the month! Remember you need your gifts mod-approved in the last mod post (follow the tags to find it!) and they cannot be back dated! If your character was apped in the last week, they aren't eligible for gifts, sorry!

Also! Keep in mind that Activity Checks are due by the end of the month, so you've got about a week to get all your activity in. As ever, those who fail to make or turn in activity will be dropped, so get it in!

Hello friends!

Today was the last day for Pokemon related things! Hope everyone got what they wanted and are on their way to wrapping up stuff from that plot, coz we’ve got more things on the way! If you haven’t already, please leave a note saying what pokemans your characters got here so I can make a chart about it!

The new plots aren’t starting up yet but I’m gonna give ya’ll a schedule for them and the general break down just so everyone can do some plotting, because these are kinda heavy ones, and I think they require some forethought and planning.

July 6th-17th:
The Super-Flu

Early on July 6th, someone is going to open a Door and something terrible is going to blow through it, like an alternate-dimensional plague.

Any characters that deviate from Earth Standard Norms (this means super-powered, augmented, alien, whatever) are going to come down with a mysterious illness. How this illness might affect your character is up to you, for the most part. If they had powers they might lose them, if they were scientifically augmented they might go back to how they’d been before that, if your character is a magic user they could either lose their magic or maybe become very ill every time they try using a spell, etc.

Our characters are going to have to writhe around in agony and sadness for 12 days (when it will wear off naturally), unless they can figure out some kind of cure! The caveat to this is, the doors will not open for those twelve days!

Characters are free to opt out by having been through the doors when the plague was let in, and they can return through the doors even if no one can leave through them!

July 23-31st
The Gifting Plot

Any time during this period your character can receive a really great gift! It can be something bigger than you might not be able to get as gifts in partner threads i.e.: The TARDIS for the Doctor, or a specific room or portion of a building (that will, miraculously, fit inside your characters’ house or apartment with no problem at all with some House of Leaves and Doctor Who style bigger on the inside magic) or pretty much anything else you can think of (barring npcs, and with mod approval!).

BUT, if your character gets a great gift, they also have to get a bad gift! These will vary by person based on canon, of course, but some examples might include: a bad memory they tried covering up, an item that reminds them of something bad that was done to them, or that they used to do something to someone else with, etc etc.
