There is a certain Captain who is having his 100th birthday in four days! This is deserving of a celebration with fireworks, barbecue, cornhole, the works! I realize that this is pretty last minute, and I even questioned if I could pull something together this close to the event. Turns out that yes. Yes I can! So

Join us at Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty where we will celebrate the birthday of our country and Steve Rogers! There will be grilled foods of all kinds, barbecue, beverages for all tastes, ice cream and pastries. Games will include a cornhole contest, something called putt-putt baseball and volley ball.

Everything will begin at 3pm, with ferries starting to run at 2:30pm. Stay around until 10pm when a fireworks display will top everything off!

No RSVP required. Just show up.

That's right because it was so true that I told Senator Hydra that very thing, right before I told the American people that we could all count on me to pleasure myself.

I'd suggest sending him season tickets but who knows if we're going to implode in a couple months. Guess he kinda can't root for the Dodgers anymore, so Yankees is next best.

I'll wear clothes. Of the not-a-t-shirt-and-sweatpants variety.

Taking one night to celebrate a guy's hundredth birthday by blowing stuff up? Oh yeah, I think we can use that. I sure can, between holing up in a lab or out on test runs, coming up with better ways to incinerate your not-a-real-dad, and going home to spend an hour or two with my fiance or meet with someone who needs meeting with, before I zonk out.

Wake up three to four hours later. Suck down less coffee than you do in one go? Rinse. Repeat.

Oh and also a FYI, about a year ago? I snuck some early warning micro-sensor nano-satellites on board one of our company satellite launches. They're heading to the edge of our solar system and beyond as an early warning system. I'll get bleeped at if anything's heading for us and there'll be an emergency broadcast on the network that I coded in.

I get it. You wanna take a chunk out of bad dad. We all would like to. But until he shows up, we're all stuck in prep mode.
