Uh huh.

I can create a binding spell until he can be taken back into custody. However, it seems like the universe has chosen not to keep him in a cell. Trying to put him back into one might not work.

Oh yeah, it's locked down. If Zemo so much as sneezes a micro particle outside of his door somehow, the alarms will trigger and I've rigged some drones to stun and sedate him.

It's going to be a sticky spot if we say "Oh yeah, he's here." And if he keeps showing up here, the Feds are going to be on us like superglue. I'm already getting calls from Wakanda asking if we've got any info. Yikes.

Wait for a good moment and pretend we captured him, then turn him in?

Then if he shows up again, go from there. I guess.

They mentioned sending the Dora Milaje on a manhunt. Probably not a good idea to piss them off right now, especially if there's the risk that he's only going to show up here again.

And I doubt they'd accept a "broken universe" as an excuse.

That'd be a different story sure. But anyone from Wakanda would arrive under the same conditions as we did. And it'd probably be a waste of time to keep taking him back to Wakanda or another prison, if the universe keeps bringing him back here.

I could have the network keep his posts and any responses to him filtered away too, if I had to.

I think I filled you in about Zemo after that big brawl in Sokovia? Because of Steve and I being splitsville after Hulk-you disappeared and then You-you crash landed later on at Strange's spook palace.

Zemo's the guy that busted up the Avengers during the Sokovia Accord bickering. And the Accords happened because our fight with Ultron caused nearly five billion bucks in damages and killed 177 people.

Including Zemo's entire family. And an American kid named Charlie Spencer, who happened to be in Sokovia building sustainable housing for the poor.

Yep. Sure looks like it. Strange routed all new universal arrivals and all Genosha escapees directly into vacant rooms in the Tower.

Apparently we can shove people out but if the universe gets a bug up it's butt, it can boot them right back to where it wants them to be.

Wow, I both hate and like this place. Weird place to be. Alive, but with a major migraine.

Yeah, Friday's keeping him locked down in his apartment and she's monitoring his internet usage, and cutting off all outside sources of correspondence or contact. Maintenance put a slot into the bottom of the door where he can get food delivered, but all packages have to be opened and checked. I told them there was a bomb threat, since I had to give them a reason.

Which isn't exactly new. We get a bomb threat every other Tuesday.

Anyway. There's four armed drones on guard outside of his door. I had Friday tell him if he so much as sneezes outside of the door, he's toast.

He's a greased weasel who was in solitary confinement before. Suicide risk. I don't think letting him run around on an entire floor right now, or possibly ever, is a good idea.

Not without being chaperoned by someone capable of knocking him out if he tries to do the whole vigilante "I am vengeance" thing on us again.
