Great.

That's. Just. Great.

Stark set aside a certain number of hotel key-cards and available funding month to month, under the table. I'll try to accommodate new arrivals, but some of them might need to share a room. Eventually. If this goes on for as long as I think it might.

Be careful.

There's an accord signed by 117 countries, outlining what super-powered or enhanced individuals can do in times of crisis. I expect that Stark is the most high profile, so they took him in to tell us to stop trying to do the job that we haven't signed up for. And that he had, but neglected to wait for an ok before he acted.

I'll see if a friend of mine can put a few calls in about that. It might be better right now to keep any tips like that as anonymous as possible.

You mean they try to limit and sanction anyone who isn't strictly speaking average? On whose authority? It's not a job you 'sign up for' so much as you show up and do, it was a legitimate natural disaster with, according to terrans, even less foreseen circumstances like giant sea monsters flying those winds. They think it would have been better for all of us to sit this out and let 'fate run its course'?

Thank you. And yes, I understand. But we need to do something about Stark, don't we?

In a sense, yes. They are. It's complicated and as someone who relies heavily on magic, I don't agree with it as it stands. I can find the text and post the pertinent parts, if you want to read it.

As for Stark? Yes, I'm afraid he's everyone's problem. That man's aura is frantic. This doesn't really surprise me.

I'm not abiding by it. Even where I'm from we work closely with a huge imperial authority and we still only need to obey the law as other citizens do.

He's for sure the kind of person who'll make it worse for himself in there,, I'll say that.

Since you're not from this planet, I wouldn't advise that you abide by it. They might want a DNA sample.

I'm about to look into where he is. I expect he's giving everyone there a headache.

I wish I could help but my only experience is breaking out of a prison once and it was a mess.

Before, I would have been worried about any prison that wasn't a mess to break out of.

And then my life became this and right now? I'd be grateful if some of the people I know now could be broken out of jail with the greatest of ease.
