Well, isn't this interesting? Either hell has gotten a whole lot nicer in my absence or Dad's in the mood for jokes. I'm not sure which is more ridiculous an idea.

Welcome to where, exactly? Well, that depends on the luck of the draw for you. Either you've been magically zapped from your world to the United States of Auradon or you've had the bad luck to have been plopped onto the Isle of the Lost. Either way, the place that you call "home" is nowhere to be seen, friends and family absent, replaced with either castles and fairy tale-like beauty...or goblins, run-down and dusty shoppes, and castles of a different, more sinister design. It is certainly in the rebuilding and healing after battle that we learn what truly matters. Now that the battle has passed and the focus has turned to recovery, I do wonder if we should consider our own...self-care...as much as that of our community. What would you recommend if, say, a gentleman wished to do something overtly romantic but not in a party of more than two?

Anything exciting ever happen here? I mean really exciting? Planet in distress, possibly end of the world exciting? The murders of crows were lovely and ominous and that, and the bit with the mirrors was frankly brilliant, but anything beyond 'vaguely ominous and unsettling' little touches? Just asking for a mate.

I'm in Camelot with a data signal, and getting Looks from a few of the locals, which I don't think is very fair, since this is my hallucination and I wasn't ever rude at a renfaire in real life.
I haven't figured out if this is a coma or a mental break, but I've ruled out dreaming because my state of awareness of this being in my head is too high. Maybe the meaning of this network is a replacement for screaming in my own head until my body does something, but I'm not ruling out screaming substitutes, so

I have come to the decision that "Queen of Auradon" is the title of a mere mortal. And also that given that insipid lizard's lack of right to call herself a mother, I am claiming Mal as my own. As such she is Princess of the Underworld, a far more fitting title for a demigoddess. As the elder child, Hadie is still the Crown Prince of course, but Mal is part of the family now.
