Do you ever think to yourself nothing could surprise you anymore and then the universe (the universes, actually) says, “LOL you thought”? Because, yeah. I’m having that happen again being here. Not that I was here before in this exact same scenario. But I’ve been in the one where nothing can surprise me and then it does. Probably some kind of universal humility thing, but mostly it’s just all kinds of !!! and a lot of 😧😧😧 Because I don’t think picking a few things up at the bodega down the street needs to be humbled? But then I’m here instead of there saying hi to the bodega cat and picking up chips and milk and bread and stuff.

And being here, I’ve got questions.

~~1. I saw something about Mr. Stark? If he’s here, does that mean~~

1. What’s a floating intern? I know what an intern is but is this one floating because SPACE or floating like I’ll be in different areas of the science department? Both are cool for the record.

2. To my roommates, Ginny and Nico, are there rules I should know? More than the obvious ones like pick up your mess and change the toilet paper roll and put the toilet seat and lid down.

3. People randomly get powers here??? What? How?

4. What do people do for fun? If there’s jobs, there’s fun, right? So are there movie nights or game nights?

5. Is there anything I should really, really know in general? The orientation and your stuff was great, but any insider tips and tricks for living here?

From what I know 'bout these sorts of situations, he's still safe in Tumbleweed, even if I'm here. So it's all good.

Yeah, like culture shock and just, the magic world was different from country to country. I miss him, but he didn't like being enclosed like this, so it's better he ain't here. Like he'd adjust, for sure, he has before, but not really the type of place he'd choose to be.

Yeah, Daily Bugle and JJJ seems like a constant. What he says is shit, but because he's got this focus in my world, he's the best source to know what Spidey's actually doing. You gotta filter it, basically reverse everything he says, but when no one else is talking 'bout Spidey, you know you'll get actual info from the Daily Bugle. Y'just gotta work harder to decipher it.
