Except that the magical world? Not Real. So saying, "In this non-existant fictional world, if an evil guy took over, it would be just like the Holocaust.

In addition to everything else, you show a lack of imagination. JKR wanted to draw the Nazi parallel, but you'll notice that she never once used the words "Nazi" or "Hitler". She created her own terminology. If you really don't want to trivialize history, why not do the same?

She may not have in her writings but she has in interviews. If it's not just like the Holocaust you explain a way of explaining it. It is the destruction of a race of people, the destruction of a way of life no matter if it's magical or muggle.

Do you understand what an allegory is, and how fictional events can be written in such a way as to reference real-world events without actually mentioning those events? Or did you read Animal Farm and think that the point of the book was that pigs are bad?

JKR was making an allegory, using fiction to show up the evils of real-world prejudice. You've managed to turn that on its head and come up with "prejudice is just as bad in fiction as it is in real life".
