  • I honestly don't know. That's an issue with paypal. We are just using their standard checkout method.
    • Thank you just the same for responding, Squeaky. You've been doing such a wonderful job and I regret only that this prevents me from being financially supportive. It's a shame since it wasn't too long ago that I made purchases for permanent accounts without a Paypal account. All good wishes in thought!

Use the second option on that page. :) Making an account is optional.
        • You see, that's how it used to be for me, but now these are the only two options I have: http://i.imgur.com/WlU3ZCc.png

I wondered if it might not be a complication with cookies, but none of my cards are associated with a Paypal account and the page is the first thing to come up before offering any personal information. It's very strange... Paypal's logistics and I never did get on very well. :(
          • Oh, wow. That is weird. Are you in the US? Because that's the only thing I can think of.
            • No, and I dare say that might be it. That company will forever baffle me, but I appreciate your honest effort to help out a fellow. :)
              • Ah, Paypal, making things difficult. And I think I confirmed that's it by using a Danish proxy to load the initial payment page. :( The paypal URL redirects to the country in question.

...You might be able to get around it by editing the URL, actually.

https://www.paypal.com/??/cgi-bin/ALL THE REST OF THE URL THAT IS HUGE

Try changing the part I have with the question marks to 'us', so https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/RESTOFINSANELYLONGURL

Alternately, have a US-based friend 'initiate' the cart and just give you the extremely long payment link to get around it.

Always happy to try to help, though!
