This is Theo! a totally new and not recycled character

Theo is a legal secretary who works at Victory's city hall. Through a series of Bad Life Decisions, he's ended up as a test subject for Ad Finitum. He knows a little about the organization, knows that Ad Meliora isn't to be trusted and that once he develops powers, he'll be free to leave Victory. He is very gullible, as you can see, and a follower through and through, so it'll take some time before he sees AF for what it really is. Until then, he is happy to be of service, AFers.

Personality-wise, he's very friendly and cheerful. Academically, he can hold his own, but he's not so great at reading social cues. Simple and honest, Theo wants desperately to be a good Samaritan, but somehow always ends up shooting himself in the foot.

His usual hangouts are The Early Riser, Buckley's and The En Pointe Dance Studio, where he does yoga four nights a week. Well, he tries to make it four times a week. AF's testing has started to take its toll on him, so it's possible that you've seen him having an impromptu nap on a park bench, on the curb outside the supermarket, in a booth at Ruby's... But he's not homeless, I swear.

Hey guys!

This wonderful human being is Dylan. She's a minor character who's been brought in for the plot - I'll have someone else come in in a bit to help out with the plot too.

She's a high school student in her last year with serious issues re: self-esteem. She stutters, can barely get a word out when she's talking to groups of more than two and hides her face under hats. She also sleeps around to make herself feel better about herself. She's kind of a loner.

Initially she'll set off her power by accident and it'll only be by freaking out that she'll do anything else. The more she does though, the more she'll enjoy the kick/rush that comes with having so much power over others.
